Photographer & Creative Director
I am drawn to presence.
The way someone carries themselves. The details most people overlook. The tension between what is seen and what is felt.
My work moves between fashion, culture, and portraiture. Some assignments are carefully constructed. Others unfold on their own. What interests me is creating photographs with a strong sense of character, atmosphere, and place.

“Sam was an incredible photographer who took the time to see my vision. I highly recommend working with him, not only will you have a great time but you will also get incredible photos that you will cherish forever.”

Practice
Every assignment begins the same way: observation.
Before direction, before lighting, before the camera, there is the work of paying attention. Understanding how a person moves through a space. What feels natural. What feels performed.
The photograph usually reveals itself after that.
A practice built on observation.
The camera has introduced me to artists, models, founders, performers, and people whose paths I otherwise never would have crossed.
